Through structured 1:1 coaching built on the Maxwell Leadership framework, we work through how you communicate, how you make decisions, how you handle conflict, and how you develop the people around you. Every engagement includes a DISC assessment and debrief so you understand your wiring and how it's landing with your team. Available as 3 or 6-month engagements with bi-weekly sessions, and as group coaching for leadership teams who need to grow together.
